Nutrogrub is based on a highly palatable vegetable protein source rich in calcium and B vitamins and is further enhanced with Vetark Nutrobal calcium balancer, and Vetark Calci-Dust.
In addition to feeding the insects, it helps their protein level, and is proven to enhance their calcium and vitamin D3 content prior to using them as feed for insect eating animals.

Nutrogrub is a nutritional supplement designed for feeding to insects such as mealworms, crickets, and locusts, which will be used as a food source for reptiles, birds and other insect eating animals. It is based on a highly palatable vegetable protein source rich in calcium and B vitamins and is further enhanced by Nutrobal (our best-selling calcium balancer) and calcium carbonate.
Nutrogrub is based on a fine vegetable flour enhanced with our world leading supplement Nutrobal and it’s superfine calcium. This has been hugely successful, with the latest independant laboratory tests showing increased calcium levels in crickets by x10, and in mealworms by x7.
The protein content is designed to be low enough to ensure that the mealworms don't mature too quickly but is still more than adequate for support of the feeder insects. Gut loading is useful in increasing calcium levels, and we recommend using this in combination with Nutrobal.

Calcium 20.8%

Nutrogrub can be used dry, alternatively you can mix it into a paste using water to feed insects. Replace every 24-48 hours if used as a paste. Do not provide any other souces of water or food in the 48 hours prior to using the insects as food for reptiles.
